CHARM Fund - The CrossGap Housing Accessibility, Rehab, & Maintenance (CHARM) Fund is used to improve accessibility, rehabilitate, and help maintain existing homes of low-income Charles City County residents.
Typical expenses might include:
Roof Replacement - $5,000
Drainfield Repair - $4,000
Electrical Upgrade - $3,000
Wheelchair Ramp - $2,000
Weak Floor Repair - $700
Window Replacement - $200
Development Fund - Used to construct and maintain Great Oak Village - a mixed income com-munity being developed on Holly Tree Lane with affordable home buying and rental opportunities.
Typical expenses might include:

One side of a Duplex - $50,000

Well or Septic System - $7,000
